EXCHANGES

Requirements:

  • Product must be new and unused.
  • Original tags attached.
  • Maximum period: 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

How to proceed?

  • Send us a WhatsApp message at +54 9 11 3560 3351 with your order number, the product to be returned, the new product desired, and the reason for the exchange.

Options:

  • No cost: At our pick-up point in Cañuelas.
  • Customer's expense: Via DHL

Procedure: The product should be dispatched in protective plastic or paper wrapping. Once we receive it and confirm that it meets the mentioned requirements, we will proceed to send the new requested item. La Natividad will send a payment link with the amount to be paid by the customer to cover the costs of the new shipments.

  • Maximum period: 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  • Procedure: The product should be dispatched in protective plastic or paper wrapping. Once we receive it and confirm that it meets the mentioned requirements, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount, after deducting shipping costs (if applicable).

Once orders are dispatched via DHL, if the package returns to the origin due to the recipient not being found at the address, the cost of re-shipment will be borne by the buyer.
